Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties that receive mobile data are sub-processors strictly required to deliver the message itself (e.g., Twilio and the cellular carriers).

9. Mobile Messaging & SMS
NunezDev operates two separate, independently-opted-in SMS programs: a transactional / service program (invoice reminders, project updates, customer service responses, appointment confirmations) and a marketing / promotional program (offers and announcements). Consent to one is never bundled with the other and you may participate in either, both, or neither. The following applies to both programs when you opt in:
- Message types: service messages and marketing messages are collected and stored as distinct opt-ins so you can manage each separately. See our SMS Terms for the full description of each program.
- Message frequency: varies. You should not expect more than a few messages per week in normal use; transactional messages (e.g., invoice reminders) are sent only when relevant to your account.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply to all SMS and MMS messages you send or receive.
- HELP and STOP: reply
HELPat any time for help, or replySTOPto any message to opt out. After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and will not be contacted again via SMS unless you re-opt in. - Opt-in is never a condition of purchase.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all categories of mobile information collected.
